CLASSES
Alicia teaches weekly classes at the YogaWorks Cambridge (formerly Prana Power Yoga) studio. Studio classes are offered for all levels in a welcoming, judgement-free community. Expect a vigorous flow with an emphasis on:
- pranayama (breath work)
- introspection
- hands-on assisting
- props for modifications
Mondays 7:30pm Intermediate (Warm)
The 90-minute Intermediate class only requires familiarity with common poses in a typical vinyasa class. Advancement is found through flows that encourage deeper insight into the body and the opportunity to explore yoga modalities that often do not fit in a typical power vinyasa class. Meditation, pranayama, myofascial release, meridians, yin, and creative sequencing are among the things you’ll encounter in this class.
Wednesdays 7:30pm Prana to Music (Heated)
Join Alicia for a heated vinyasa flow set to music during her regular schedule at the YogaWorks Cambridge Studio. Classes are for all levels in a welcoming, judgement-free community. Expect vigorous flow with an emphasis on pranayama (breath work) and introspection, hands-on assisting and several props for modifications.
PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS
Yoga can be powerful in a personal, one-on-one setting. Private yoga sessions are a great option to refine your alignment, deepen your practice or explore new postures and techniques in a way that is sometimes not possible in a studio class. Private instruction can also be useful during injury recovery or to establish a practice catered to your personal physical, mental health or emotional needs.
Alicia offers private sessions for a duration of 60, 75 or 90 minutes. Contact Alicia to inquire further.

Companies and organizations are increasingly seeing yoga as a critical component to their wellness policies.
